Investments

Health Is Wealth!
Want to make a great investment?  It is the one investment you can't lose in this market.  Yoga always makes me feel great, lose weight and tone the bodymindspirit.  What a better way to get in touch with your True Nature than to do yoga outside in the Zen inspired gardens at Hotel Biba on Thursday nights at 6:30.  $15.00 is all it takes to invest inward & heal your soul.  Beginners are welcome. Advanced as well. Enjoy refreshments and intelligent conversation afterward.  hotelbiba.com

Sacred Spaciousness

Our clean living space.

Today, I woke up and it was Christmas. Just like so many people I know, Eric and I did not exchange presents. So we decided we would make the best of what we have and move the furniture. That's right, we spent Christmas Day moving around our furniture, sweeping the floor and discovering what gifts we already had right there in this old house. We really cleaned up! We found that dusting things off and shining them up really brightens up the holiday season. I find more joy in spaciousness than clutter.
So, we are happy we found the 'attitude of gratitude" and turned our life from "ordinary to extraordinary". How do you turn your life around when tis the season?
